Working with Elizabeth was truly inspiring. We had decided that rather than moving house we needed to make our outdoor space more liveable in and to be able to use it like a ‘room’.
We had a small front garden that was gravelled and fenced in with a high fence and it just was not very practical. When Elizabeth came round to chat to us about our ambitions, she understood the issues immediately and came up with a design that captured our needs and budget.
Elizabeth’s design, made our very small garden seem bigger, more open and a place we could use every day. What we loved with the design that Elizabeth gave us was that we could bring it all to life in our time as budget became available. Elizabeth gave really good advice on the plants to use and even who would be a good person to build it for us.
We were able to easily communicate with the garden builders as they were given Elizabeth’s designs and so they understand the layout and also our expectations from them, which made the build a lot less stressful.
The outcome of our new front garden is that it looks exactly like the design Elizabeth gave us, we did not change anything! We love the ‘extra’ room we now have and the extra space it has given us as a family. We have fallen in love all over again with our house, I did not realise until it was completed what a difference it would make to how I viewed our home – thank you Elizabeth.
