How it Works

All potential clients receive a free one-hour consultation. This is an opportunity for us to meet, explore your garden, discuss your vision and budget, and determine the best approach. It’s also a chance to ensure we’re the right fit to work together, setting the foundation for a successful design process.

Once we agree to move forward, the design process begins with the following steps.

• You will receive an email with a quote with everything we plan to design within the garden.
• I will then come and measure up your garden
  • At this stage I will ask for a £250 deposit.
• From these measurements, I will draw up a base plan, of everything we intend to keep within your garden.
• Concept designs will be drawn up and a meeting set up for you to give initial feedback.
  • Concept designs are a mix of hand-drawn drawings and images
  • At this stage, I recommend having a landscaper and/or gardener booked in. If needed, I’m happy to suggest trusted professionals.
• Once you are happy with the initial designs, I will then draft up the garden design for your approval.
  • At this stage I will ask for 50% of the quote (including the deposit amount).
• A final design is then drawn up, and copies are taken for your landscapers and gardeners. I will talk through on-site with a landscaper and/or gardener the design.
• I’m available to provide guidance on implementing the design if your landscaper or gardener needs any clarification or support.

Based in Frome, covering Freshford, Nunney, Mells, Rode, Avoncliff, Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Warminster and the surrounding areas of Somerset and Wiltshire.
